The muscle-up workshop goes through the techniques, requirements and the common pitfalls when practicing towards the muscle-up on the rings and on the bar.
As a highly technical movement, the muscle-up will be practiced in pieces that would lead to a full movement. Also requirements in strength and mobility will be addressed individually, to give everybody an idea, what is missing in their muscle-up puzzle, and what should be practiced the most.
