What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximising the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

Small Group CrossFit Format
Are you looking for more attention and personal feedback from a coach, but still enjoy the group feel and the support you’re getting from the others?
We offer small group Coaching classes, where the emphasis is on movement quality and teaching your body how it should naturally move.
The small group size (10 or less) makes sure every athlete is getting personal feedback and guidance based on personal needs. When you get the basics right, you’ll be unstoppable!
We have classes for all levels, learn more about our programs:
Price 155€/month - CrossFit Unlimited membership + all time gym access (5-23)- This is the best option for you if you'd like to attend our Group CrossFit classes but also work on your own at the gym, 3 Months commitment in the beginning, which will continue on a monthly basis (pausing membership can be done with a months notification).
Price 145€/month - Unlimited Membership 3 Months commitment in the beginning, which will continue on a monthly basis. Pausing membership can be done with a months notification.

it was very easy to start training at StadiFit since I felt very welcomed from the beginning. I have especially enjoyed the small groups and the great sense of community. The coaches are good at pointing out how to perform exercises in the most efficient way, with a friendly touch.
There's always room for improvement in technique too and this is where I think StadiFit is a great place: The coaches have a keen eye for detail, keep reminding about the technique and correcting if my posture isn't right.
Workouts are versatile, effective, often fun and also challenging. They are always scaled, if necessary, to fit my skills. On the other hand, I have often positively surprised by everything I have done: for example, forward rolls after more than 40 years. Think about that! You feel like a child when you learn a new skill.
What I've learned about myself is that I need someone who says what to do and then watching how I do it. When I train myself on an effective day, I do max 40 - 50% of what I do in a class.
A lot has happened during the almost eight months since I started. I don't feel like a weakling anymore, I have gained more strenght, mobility and metabolic condition. My lower back pain is gone, my shoulder is much better, although I found that I have osteoarthritis on my right sternoclavicular joint, which I have to be aware of in workouts (exercise is nevertheless good for it). I have learned to love the feeling of my body adapting to the stress from the various exercises.
The overall BIG goal is however not measurable by numbers. The big goal is to live healthy and to have fun while doing so.
Since my main goal is health, I’m very much digging the “perfecting human movement” approach that Stadifit has. I have some posture imbalances, which easily leads to that I’m not always using the correct muscles when exercising. The detail and technique oriented approach in Stadifit is thus very well suitable for me, and I’m also myself becoming mature enough to realize that it is not wise to compromise technique when lifting heavy weights. Staying injury free is not a bad idea at all. I wish coaches to never stop reminding me to ”lock the elbows”, ”keep the external rotation” and ”not to loose the hollow”. because otherwise I will.
