START HERE FOR CROSSFIT

Baseline Coaching

Have you ever thought starting CrossFit is scary?  We say you shouldn’t anymore.

Why? We at StadiFit make sure starting CrossFit is both safe and effective.

The Baseline Coaching Program is your introduction to our small group CrossFit format coaching. The core of the coaching you receive is our small group personal training Technique classes. In order to train safely and effectively, it is important to learn the basic movement techniques first and get your body used to being exposed to a broad range of movements. If you are new to our coaching or CrossFit, this is the way to begin with us. 

During the Baseline Coaching - program , you will have access to our Technique classes. Our Technique classes  make sure you learn safe movement techniques and these will prepare your body for the new way of training.

After you have attended at least all of the 6 classes covering the basic movement techniques. you can join in our normal CrossFit classes. With this format you can begin with us at any time.

The technique classes are held on:

Friday 18:30 - 19:30

Saturday 12 - 13

 

Baseline Coaching

This is how it works:

The Baseline Coaching - program is designed to give you all the tools you need in order to implement more movement and better nutritional habits into your life. We don’t want you to start “ just another fitness program” we want you to make some serious results that last for the lifetime!

This is what is included:

  • Small Group Personal Training

  • Guidance for setting up your goals

  • Tools for creating a healthy nutrition habits

  • One on one meeting with a Coach

  • Support through out your journey

You can start your month at any time, your membership lasting for 6 weeks from the starting date.

  • For the first 3 weeks you will attend technique classes (6 classes).

  • Followed by 3 weeks training with unlimited access to classes.

Intensive Start-Up

(4 weeks of training)

For you who want to start fast and get into CrossFit without a need for the intensive guidance and support for example for goal setting or nutrition.

Right after the 3 weeks technique course you are ready to start going to our small group CrossFit WODs.

This is what is included:

  • Small Group Personal Training

You can start your month at any time, your membership lasting for 4 weeks from the starting date.

  • For the first 3 weeks you will attend technique classes (6 classes).

  • Followed by 1 week training with unlimited access to classes.

CrossFit Intensive Start-Up - 145€

 

TECHNIQUE PROGRAM

What?

This is our foundational movement program in which you learn and practice safely the fundamental movements needed to participate in our other programs. There are 6 themed classes in this program; once you have completed these sessions, you will be ready to join our WOD and 50+ programs:

  1. Squats

  2. Deadlift and kettle bell swing

  3. Overhead presses

  4. Gymnastics

  5. Cardio - Rowing, skipping, running, ski erg, assault bike etc.

  6. Olympic Lifting

 

Who?

All newcomers to CrossFit and those wanting to continue perfecting their technique in the foundational movements.
