Anna is on maternity leave until further notice.

I have a background in Sports massage (2012), Physiotherapy (2016), and Personal Training (2020). I have been working as a physiotherapist for synchronized skating teams Finettes and Team Fintastic since 2021. As a new addition to the upcoming season (23-24), I will also be working as a physiotherapist for the Helsinki Rockettes.

Clients with all kinds of fitness backgrounds are welcome to my practice. I have experience in rehabilitating various musculoskeletal issues. I am particularly interested in knee rehabilitation (overuse injuries and post-surgery recovery). In the world of skating, I have worked extensively on improving mobility when progress has plateaued.

Updating exercise programs and implementing lifestyle changes as part of physiotherapy coaching are close to my heart. Whether you are an athlete, an active individual, or someone who has never been to the gym, you are welcome to physio coaching. Due to my background, I can effectively consider training with pain and tailor the training regimen to individual needs and goals. We have a versatile training facility at our Bulevardi location where we conduct our sessions.
