I graduated as a Master of Osteopathy and a Pilates instructor in England. Osteopathy is a specialized treatment for musculoskeletal disorders. My expertise lies in the treatment of acute and chronic pain, but I am also interested in lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain, tendon issues, osteoarthritis, as well as the treatment of headaches and migraines.

Pregnancy Osteopathy

I am qualified to rehabilitate potential pelvic floor and abdominal issues during pregnancy and postpartum. In my profession, I particularly value communication with people. I strive to listen to the client carefully so that I can provide the best possible assistance. I am capable of treating individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly, and I use a variety of treatment techniques depending on the client's needs. Osteopathy is a safe form of treatment, and at my clinic, osteopathy is strongly based on well-researched knowledge, and the treatment is always tailored to the individual client.

I always create a treatment plan for my clients, which may include lifestyle and exercise advice that can be practiced at home between sessions or after treatment has concluded.
