My background in sports is in Modern dance and muay thai. I love learning new things and get easily excited about different sports.
I started coaching in 2011. My main goal as a coach was to help people learn, step by step, how to reach their full potential. Often people are far more capable than they could have ever imagined. For me sports is all about the joy of movement, challenging ourselves and doing the right things at the right time.
During the years I’ve coached individuals and groups of all ages at different gyms and sport clubs. I am especially interested in group dynamics and the communal and social importance of sports. I have been less involved in coaching work recently as I am responsible for the operational activities of our company.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Sport Management and Coaching (2022)
Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Leisure Management (2015)
Languages: Finnish and English
