I have worked in the field of wellness and healthcare for almost my entire adult career. In 2012, I established my own business and began working as a sports massage therapist. Over the course of over 10 years, I have studied to become a Personal Trainer, a physiotherapist, and have taken several additional courses related to the field. I work with clients of all ages and also serve as the physiotherapist for synchronized skating teams, including the Finettes, Team Fintastic, and Helsinki Rockettes.

Physiotherapy is a calling for me, and I am deeply dedicated to my work. Important values for me as a physiotherapist include collegiality and recognizing my own knowledge and skills.

As a physiotherapist, I am attentive, precise, and honest. Creating a confidential client relationship is of utmost importance to me, as I believe it is a significant part of the success of any rehabilitation process. People of all ages with musculoskeletal issues or bodily discomfort are welcome to my practice. Foot and ankle problems, lower back pain, and challenges related to body mobility are topics I have particularly specialized in. I am also happy to create coaching programs, especially for those who are starting their fitness journey.
