I want to teach you to move well with a good range of motion and control. When you learn to move well your body will thank you. Our bodies and joints needs movement in all possible ways and directions to stay healthy and pain free.

In my point of view training needs to be both fun and challenging enough to get the results that we are aiming for. Most of the days you will have fun with it, but some days you just have to show up and execute to keep the progress going. In the long run, your commitment on those days that you don’t feel 100% but still show up and move, will always pay off. I like to teach and help you to learn new skills, to improve your technique or mobility and to get stronger and fitter.

My background in sports is in long distance running. Currently I enjoy training Crossfit, running for fun and biking as much as I can in the summer.
