In this workshop with Coach Simon, you will learn about the nutritional approach to living healthier for longer.

This workshop is for anyone 30+ interested in the positive effects of strength & power training as well as the negative effects of not doing it.

In this workshop you will learn why…

Have you thought about starting a new hobby? Come and try our small group class in the best community of Helsinki!

The class includes a warm-up, learning our basic fundamental movements and using them in a workout.
