You are welcome to join the group, even if you are a beginner in strength and power training.
You are also warmly welcome if you participate in a sport and would like to enhance your strength and power for better performance.

what is strength & power training?

While aging is a natural process, engaging in regular exercise, particularly strength and power training, can help slow down the decline in muscle mass and function, promoting better overall health and functional capacity as people age.
