Our full health checkup provides you with thorough information regarding your health profile. You will gain tools and a detailed action plan for improving your health in the future.
This package includes:
Online health questionnaire
Initial assessment and consultation with your Personal Coach
Full health report (including feedback and action targets)
Additional assessments related to the full health report (including fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery tests)
Goal review and initial action plan based on your health profile
1 month of Stadifit gym access (Mon-Sun 05.00-23.00)
After purchase:
After purchase we will contact you by email within 24 hours during business hours. You will receive an online link to the full health screening and info questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive a link to book a coaching session with your personal coach. In this session (60min) we will go through your body composition, posture and movement screen. This session also includes going through additional assessments, such as fitness or nutrition. We will review your goals and make an initial action plan based on your individual needs.

Online purchase cancellation:
The online store purchase can be canceled within 14 days of the purchase transaction by notifying the cancellation by email to asiakaspalvelu@stadifit.com. In this case, the purchase will be canceled and the amount paid by the customer will be refunded. The right of cancellation is valid if the customer has not used the service (meetings with the coach have not yet been held, the gym key tag has not been collected or group training classes have not yet been attended).
